One of our Real Estate Clients needed to be able to use several different property posting services but only wanted to update one set of data. They also were not very impressed with the presentation that these posting services provided. Their brand was not being well represented and they had limited control over layout and what the site ultimately looked like.

We addressed the problem by using the ASP's (Application Service Provider) API ( Application Programming Interface). We set up the web site so that  using XML the local site's database  would get automatically updated from the remote database thereby making it necessary to just keep one database current.
